EULA - End User License Agreement

Album3D Builder is shareware. Anyone can freely evaluate the Album3D Builder for up to 30 days. After that trial period if you like the Album3D Builder and want to keep using the Album3D Builder you must register it for a small fee.

Copyrights to Album3D Builder are exclusively owned by the author, Alexander Milukov.
Album3D Builder may not be rented or leased. It may be freely distributed provided the distribution package isnt modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Album3D Builder without written permission from the author.
No warranty is expressed or implied. Use Album3D Builder at your own risk. The author will not be liable for any data loss or hardware damage while using or misusing the Album3D Builder.

The user should not:
clone, emulate, any way reverse engineer, rent, lease, sell, or modify the program and supplied files (help, examples, presets etc.)

If you do not agree with this license you should delete Album3D Builder files and discontinue to use it.
